Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of spinvita.xyz and the pine, hush, zest, miko, monk, tomi, soma, gena, vita, and lume services that link to these terms, provided by Spinvita, Inc. (“Spinvita,” “we,” or “us”). By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Additional terms shown for a particular feature or purchase apply to that feature or purchase.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized account use. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and be able to enter into these terms, with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Our services are not directed to children under 13. You remain responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Using the services
You may use the services for their intended purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not misuse another person’s account, upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the services, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access. A description of a product or feature does not guarantee its availability in every location or on every device.
Wellbeing information
Our services support general wellbeing, routines, and self-reflection. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Suggestions, estimates, and automated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate; use your judgment and consider your individual circumstances. Seek appropriate professional advice before making health, exercise, or nutrition decisions.
Your content and our materials
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Spinvita permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the services you choose and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit it.
Spinvita and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, branding, and other service materials. These terms allow you to use the services; they do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Paid features and subscriptions
Where paid features are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial conditions are disclosed before purchase. A subscription renews only as disclosed and agreed during purchase. You can manage or cancel it through the billing provider or app store used for the purchase, or contact us for assistance. Cancellation, refunds, and continued access are governed by the purchase terms, applicable store rules, and your statutory rights. These terms do not remove any mandatory refund or cancellation rights.
Third-party services
Services such as Google sign-in, payment processing, and app stores have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and operation are controlled by those providers. Our Privacy Policy explains how Spinvita handles information received in connection with our services.
Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may update features or these terms, with notice where required. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal obligation. You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. Ending your account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; manage that subscription with the applicable provider.
Availability and responsibility
We work to provide useful, reliable services but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available without additional implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or prevents you from seeking remedies available under applicable law.
