Privacy Policy

Spinvita, Inc. (“Spinvita,” “we,” or “us”) operates spinvita.xyz and the pine, hush, zest, miko, monk, tomi, soma, gena, vita, and lume apps. This policy applies to our websites and to app features that link to it. The information we process depends on the app and features you use; an app may provide additional notices for a particular feature.

Information we process

• Account information. Information you provide to create or manage an account, such as your email address, name, and profile details.
• Google sign-in. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. The requested permissions are openid, email, and profile. These permissions do not give us access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts, or Google account password.
• Information you choose to submit. This can include support messages, preferences, and, where a feature is available, activity, sleep, nutrition, habit, body measurements, photos, or other wellbeing information. We process this information to provide the feature you request. Device permissions and additional disclosures are presented where applicable.
• Purchases. Payment providers and app stores process payment details. We may receive transaction identifiers, purchase status, subscription information, and billing contact details needed to provide a purchase or support.
• Technical information. Our services and hosting providers process information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request logs, and errors to deliver, maintain, and secure the services. Cookies or similar storage may keep you signed in and remember preferences.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, operate the features you choose, maintain your account, process purchases, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, we ask for it. Other legal grounds may include performing our agreement with you and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the services.

Google user data

We use Google sign-in information for authentication, account identification, and the profile shown in the app. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not use it to train general-purpose AI models. Our handling of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

When information is shared

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, payment, and support providers. They receive information for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards. If you request an additional integration or sharing feature, its notice explains the recipient and purpose before you choose to use it.

Storage, retention, and security

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate. We use safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable transfer requirements. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate purposes such as security, resolving disputes, and complying with recordkeeping duties. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held.

Your choices and requests

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information or account by emailing admin@spnvt.com. Include the app name and the email address associated with your account; do not send passwords or identity documents in your initial request. We may verify ownership before acting and may retain information where legally required.

You can revoke Google access through your Google account connections. Revoking access stops that connection but does not by itself delete information already held by Spinvita; contact us to request deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. We will handle requests under the law that applies to you.

Children

These services are not directed to children under 13, or under a higher minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes and contact
